Angry Quicken 2013 and "suspicious behavior" message

I just bought and installed Quicken 2103 but every time I open it after I start my computer, I get a "suspicious behavior" box that opens from ZoneAlarm that states "quicken launcher is trying to install an application to run each time your computer is started". I keep checking off the "remember this setting" box and click "allow" every time the windows opens, but it never remembers the setting. Any ideas how to fix this? I have the most current version of ZoneAlarm Extreme Security.
