Default Cricut Craft room issues with WEB security

    Hi
I'm sorry, I wanted to post but can't find out where. I can only find how to reply.

My question is that I'm am using a program and it connects to the internet. It is called Cricut Craft room. The only way that I can use this program is to turn off Web Security.

I tried to allow ccrbridge.exe and cricut-craft room.exe but that didnt work. Also the program uses adobe air.

I am using windows 7 and chrome is my default browser.

Is there a way that I can get this program to work without closing web-security.

    Hi!

Are you on the latest version? And which ZA are you using?

Right click the ZA icon near the clock --> about --> Copy to clipboard --> paste it in a reply.

    Hi!

I would first try to update to the most recent build of ZA. This way:

    - Remove your current ZA from WIN7 uninstall a program (take note of the license key, if needed)
    - Reboot
    - Turn ON windows firewall
    - Download the latest version of ZA Suite and save it to your desktop: http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en...e-download.htm
    - Install ZA, the web installer will take care of downloading the required files

Check if the situation is the same. If it is the report the conflict directly to the ZA technical support at the link in my signature (its free for licensed users). Look for the live chat icon at the main ZA website. We are all users here so, it is not the best place to address issues.

Then I would also inform the developers of the software (Cricut craft) to let them aware of the problem. It would be good to suggest they contact directly ZA staff once they replicated the issue at their hand.

    Thanks,
    Fax
