Thanks again. I'm more confused now...Windows uninstaller indicated I had version 11 installed, but "about" from the icon near the clock says 10.2. So maybe I had both installed. I tried to uninstall, but I'm not sure it was totally clean. Version 10.2 remained after the uninstall, and I don't see it in the list of programs. So I'm not sure how to uninstall it (I couldn't find it in the registry editor either). I do see the files on c:\program files (x86)\checkpoint.

The suspicious behavior pop up is gone now. Maybe related to having two versions? I'm sure it would be best to uninstall 10.2 and install the current version, but I can't figure out how to uninstall. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Matt

Remove whatever version in win7 uninstall a program, then run the ZA removal tool mentioned in the hyperlink in my previous post. Then double check you don't have ZA installed (any component including the toolbar) only then install latest ZAfree (not the AV version).

Sorry, I missed the reference to the ZA removal tool. Worked perfectly. ZA ver 11 seems to have loaded fine. So I think it's fixed. Thanks for your again for your help.
