    Default IswSvc.exe

The service IswSvc.exe is using 1.575MB of RAM in my computer while installing a game: AVA

As a service that claims to be a toolbar for browser may be using so much Ram memory with no browser open?

If the answer is: "this is normal", unfortunately I will have to stop using the ZA, because for me it is not normal!

Windows 8 Pro, 64bit, up to date

    Default Re: IswSvc.exe

If you mean more than 1GIGA of RAM then no, its not normal. If you don't get feedback from other user here just search the bord for IswSvc and you will find several useful information.

Here:Can the “Web Security” components of ZoneAlarm Pro be uninstalled?
You have a non supported method to turn it OFF.
