    Question FIXED: Zone Alarm File & Folder Lock - Drag and Drop files and folders not working

    I just installed Zone Alarm File & Folder lock and it will not let me drag & drop folders to lock. It only lets me do a few files at a time.

    Hello;

    If the program was not corrupted during the install process?

    Try this,

    To SecureLock a file or folder, you can drag and drop the file or folder into the file box and press the "Lock" button or you can select a file or folder for Locking by pressing the "Add" button, this will allow you to browse your computer for specific files or folders to be selected and press the "Lock" button.

    You can also right click on the intended file or folder and choose to "Lock a File."
    Once you press "Lock" you will then be able to assign the file(s) or folder(s) a password or have File & Folder Lock generate a random password for you.

    Hello,

    We are aware of the issue where you cannot drag and drop. This does not happen on all systems.

    We are in contact with the company who makes this software for ZoneAlarm.

    When a fix is available we will post it here.

    Hello,

    There is a new build which fixed all the PC we have that had the drag and drop issue.

    You can download this from

    http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...up_1119_en.exe

    Remember to uninstall your current version before installing this new version.
