Default Why is my IP address different in New Network

I just recently installed Zone Alarm on my home computer. The IP address that shows up on the New Network in Zone Alarm is different from my computer's IP. My ISP is CLEAR. Using Whois I pinged my computer IP and it shows CLEAR's address. When I ping the IP in the New Network address in Zone Alarm it shows the following:

OrgName: Internet Assigned Numbers Authority OrgId: IANA Address: 12025 Waterfront Drive Address: Suite 300 City: Los Angeles StateProv: CA PostalCode: 90292 Country: US RegDate: Updated: 2012-08-31

Should I be concerned about this?

    Thanks

Is the new network IP something starting like 192.168.X.X or 172.16.X.X or 10.0.X.X?
