    Exclamation Configuration for IIS/localhost sites

I'm running ZA Extreme Security 11.0.000.054 on Windows 7 Pro. This version of ZA is causing a noticeable increase in the time it is taken web sites on localhost to run. Sometimes, they time out altogether. The problem is across all browsers. All local hosted sites experience the problem. The problem disappears when I close ZA.

How should I have ZA configured so that it leaves IIS alone?

    Thanks/Bruce

ZoneAlarm is not designed or supported to run on a PC that is a web server.
Where a website site is hosted on the PC running ZoneAlarm such as you have described.

Then perhaps my description is bad - you are over-emphasising the "web server" bit - IIS is only serving test sites to browsers on the PC, not beyond. And I have been using ZA for many years through many versions on this platform - it is just this latest version that is not playing nicely with IIS. Surely there is some way of configuring ZA to ignore 127.0.0.1 (localhost)

The problem is this ZA is never tested or QA'ed in this environment.
Its never was designed to work on a PC with a web server , no matter how little its used.

This is similar to people who have dual boot PC's. We don't test or make our software for that environment thus even if you been using it for years with no issues and all of sudden it does not work with a new version of ZA, its still not supported.

Only suggestion we have is go back to a version that did work and stick with it and never upgrade.
