Default Selecting The Disks To Scan and Stopping ZA

    Hi !
1: HOW a configure a scan SELECTING the disks I want to be scanned C, D or H ? (My external Back Up H:// Disk does not needs to be scanned frequently and it takes a full day to perform....)

    2. HOW I suspend for a while (not 5 minutes only) the Zone Alarm to work to perform some tasks in which is necessary to stop the antivirus (Yesterday to run ComboFix I uninstalled ZA, to reinstall it after the ComoFix work....)

Thanks in advance for an answer !

    Hi!

Please provide at least minimum information about your ZA.

Right click the ZA icon near the clock --> about --> Copy to clipboard --> Paste it here (remove the license key, if applicable)

    Thanks,

    Hi!

    1. Go to the antivirus advance settings, under the "scan target" section UNcheck the driver you do not want to be scanned during the scheduled scans.

    2. Combofix is a specialised malware tool to be used under the supervision of a malware expert as it can mess up heavily the system unless you know what you do. If snooze is not enough, then right click the ZA icon and choose "exit". If this is still not enough then there may be a lower level conflict with drivers. You should report to combofix developers. They may be able to troubleshoot the issue.

"Settings" perhaps? It should be there together with the AV exclusions, quarantine, scan options, etc... Try to look around, a bit of flexibility please...
