    Angry zonealarm and firefox

I understand that when a program gets updated Zone alarm might not work with it. But firefox is one of the biggest browsers out there and to be 4 months out of date and no date insight for this type of program (Zone alarm), is no good. that is 1/3 of the time paid for and look how long it took for win 8 between the two I'll lose 1/2 the time I paid for.

Sorry all user here, no ZA staff. We have no information on if and when ZA will be compatible with the latest FF version. If you have a valid license you can try to check with the ZA official support. Its free for registered users. You find the link in my signature. Look for the live chat icon once at the main ZA support website section.

    Thanks,

Well, then you know already the answer, no use to post it here as it will have no influence on development, sorry.
Also please note that this is not a discussion or complaining board. Just a user-to-user platform for user to help each others on common ZA product related issues.

Unless there are other ZA related issues we may try to help I will close soon this thread as we cannot really add much about the issue raised.

    Sorry again,

The ONLY part of ZA thats not compatible with anything above version 17 of Firefox is Web Security.

The main aspects of security such as Firewall and Antivirus are just fine.

Web Security is only about 1% of the total protection that ZA provides.

We plan to remove the technology that makes web security not compatible with Firefox in a new version Later this year. So there will no longer be the same issues with Firefox we have now.

Sorry there is no ETA on when this release is coming out except sometime this year.
