    Default Weird Message Behavior

We all get the messages in the lower right corner telling us something is hinky and giving us the right to accept or deny. Well, recently whenever I restart my computer I get about 12 of them consecutively always the same ones, even though I have the "remember this" box checked. It's a real pain in the butt having to click through all 12 messages every time I restart my computer.

Does anyone know what is causing this and how to stop it. I did a complete system scan and it found nothing wrong so I don't think it's a virus causing the behavior.

Right click the ZA icon near the clock, about, copy to clipboard, paste it here in a response.

Whenever posting in a public user forum you should give minimum information to allow other users to guess your problem. Exact version of windows used? Exact messages received? Did ZA worked well before? Any crashes of hangs of the PC recently? Can you shutdown your PC normally? Had any malware infection? etc... etc...

More information you post more likely you will get a response to help to resolve the issue.

    Thanks,

There are about 20 messages I have to click through and I can find no way to copy them to the clipboard. I'm not about to write them all out if I don't have to. Zone Alarm worked fine with no problems. I don't remember making any changes to anything. Just one morning when I booted up my laptop I started getting the messages. I recently updated my Zone Alarm Extreme Security and was hoping that would fix the problem, but it didn't.

With the little information provided I can only think of a corruption of the ZA databases (where settings are stored). This is normally fixed by a reset. Go to ZA tool --> Preferences --> Reset to default --> reboot . Do no restore any previous settings.

If the above fails, remove ZA from windows 7 uninstall a program and reinstall it fresh.

    Thanks,
