    Default ZA Question - Lost License

    I purchased ZA a couple months ago, and I started having problems with IE. It would disconnect while surfing the net. I also would have issues playing some games online, even in game mode. I uninstalled ZA and now want to reinstall but ZA account does not have a record of my purchase or my ZA keys like it states it will have on file.

    If you have purchased ZA via ZoneAlarm web site than you should be able to recover your key via the e-mail used for purchasing. Go to the ZA support page (live chat), contact customer support (all users here) and explain the problem. The link to support site is in my signature.

    If you have purchased the software somewhere else, try to contact them. Otherwise your license is lost.
