I renewed my subscription in April - CRedit card went through, all paid. My program tam repeatedly tells me it's going to expire in a week. There is no option for sending a message to anyone to address this - and don't tell me about live contact or whatever it's called, that link simply sends me to a page advertising the system and has no option for actually talking to someone. American Express is very good about cancelling charges if it comes to that - but there is NO way to reach a human being at Z/A. Just wondered if anyone ever had?
