    Default Font Size and Colour

I have just updated and I can no longer read alerts. The font size is too small and whoever thought that light blue on dark blue is a good combination obviously thinks that trendy graphics are more important than legibility!

    Can any body help?

You need to provide more information to get users to help.

    Thank you'.

On reflection not all that fussed .

I've simply gone back to a previous, more user friendly (to this user!) version - I've got them going back to 2010 and earlier!

Just be aware that old versions are not supported and may contain undisclosed vulnerabilities. They may look more acceptable from a colour point of view but they do not provide sufficient protection and security (the actual purpose of the software).

Better to move to another solution that you can keep fully up-to-date than running an fully outdated software that you can read better.

    Thanks,

Guru Fax is correct.Using old outdated security software is like having no security.

It's a native resolution display issue. You may have to tweak your settings for what works for you within your native resolution for your display.

In my case I had to do the following just to give you an idea.See here :

    Thank you both.

It’s not so much a matter of what is acceptable, but what is readable. I have contrast problems and light blue on dark blue is simply not processed by my brain.

Resolution is 1366 x 768 on a 15” screen, the highest available and the recommended level. Native font is set to 142% in Control Panel – any larger and “OK/Cancel” boxes disappear off the bottom of dialogue screens.

I note your comments about security of older versions, and may have to take your advice and move to other software, which would be a pity as I have been using ZA since Windows 3.x days and this is the first problem I have had, as you can see from my join date!
