I would assume your are running some type of anti-virus scanner with Free ZoneAlarm.Disable system restore, run the anti-virus scanner in Safe Mode.If by any chance you don't have a anti-virus scanner you can download a free anti-virus scanner from Major Geeks web site at :
    http://majorgeeks.com/downloads29.html

How to disable windows SYSTEM RESTORE:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310405

If the above fails try to clean your system with MBAM:
    http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
WARNING: Some malware will block the download of this software, rename the installer to a random name before saving and running

Download. update and scan with superantispyware FREE:
    http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html
WARNING: Some malware will block the download of this software, rename the installer to a random name before saving and running

if the above fails try the bootable CD from DrWeb:
    http://www.freedrweb.com/livecd/

    and:
    http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/

if ALL the above fails please post your Hijackthis log here:

You can enable System Restore after your computer is clean.

Good Luck & have a nice Day.

Am sorry I do have advast home edition 4.8 I think ive already said that
and I do have adaware anniversary edition think i said that also
and i have scanned in safe mode and found nothing
I have since then uninstalled spybot as i had that working too well
and no one in there forums was willing to help me out with the issues
i think the driver file is from itunes i just want some verification on it
surely someone has asked this question in the past.
i think i was also meant to post all this in the false postives forum???

If you tried what suggested and nothing help, you should try typing a few key words in the RED Search button and
maybe you can find your solution in the message boards of the forum or hopefully somebody else will response to
    your issue at hand.

    Have a nice Day
