    Default [SOLVED] ZA Extreme security won't update --> Reinstall ZA

    Hello,

    I recently bought and installed ZA extreme.

    I had set it up to update last night... Update product: checking, was what it read... Couldn't see anything happening, so I turned off my screen, & turned in for the night, figuring it would be updated this morning...

    Unfortunately, this morning... The little window was up, saying the same thing. It had not updated at all.
    So, I rebooted and tried again... Still won't update, for some strange reason.

    Any ideas? Am running win8, ZA extreme is version 11.

    Sorry all users here. If you have a valid license you can contact, free of charge, the ZA technical support at the link in my signature. Look for the live chat icon once at the main ZA support website.

    Please let us know how you resolve the problem. It may help other users with the same issue.

    I see no signature, nor link. Will look for it, hope it appears somewhere else. Thank you.


    Edit: Sorry, I find no link anywhere. Do not know what the chat icon is, nor do I see it anywhere either....

    Found it, chatted. Thanks for posting it for me though. So, I chatted & they were nice and professional about the matter.

    Ended up uninstalling, then reinstalling ZAExtreme.

    For now, issues are cleared up. If it happens again. I know where to head. Thanks very much. It's a nice forum, very helpful for users.
