    Thank you for your help.

    Note : REMEMBER to remove the exclusions once the false positive has been corrected!

    Footnote : Just downloaded Dat file I checked with (0 detections).

Can someone (who managed to ignore deletion) report this to kaspersky as false-positive?
    no after the update today both ccleaner.exe and ccleaner64.exe work fine
    zonealarm does not show either as trojan

    Hello;

    If you had read a few more of the post in this thread the solution was available..

    Thank you for your inquiry,

    1.) Apparently Microsoft quickly released a bug fix to it's Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool, check listing in "Windows Update History"

    Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - July 2013 (KB890830)
    Installation date: ‎7/‎9/‎2013 6:39 PM
    Installation status: Successful
    Update type: Important

    2.) Kaspersky has been notified of a possible false positive and has released several AV Definition Updates that fixed the False Positive alert..

    The False Positive detection with ccleaner.exe has been resolved by Kaspersky.

    If you are still having an issue make sure your running the latest version of ZA first.

    Second update your AV definitions.
