Default A valid email from ZoneAlarm?

I just received an email, purportedly from ZoneAlarm, headed "Last Chance to Save - Summer Heat Sale ends Tuesday 7/30!". Is this really from ZoneAlarm? According to the ZoneAlarm Terms and Conditions, I can unsubscribe from such emails by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. There is no such "Unsubscribe" link.

Does the lack of this necessary link show that this is a fake email of some kind?

If not, how do I unsubscribe from these spam emails? I've not used ZoneAlarm for years, but it appears I still have an account - I successfully logged in. However, once in, all I got was a "Web session expired" notice, "please proceed with purchase ........." - what purchase? Nightmare.

ZoneAlarm website seems to have me trapped in an endless loop.

    Help!

Thanks. All the proper methods and links (short of actually writing) having failed, Live Chat did work (well, we'll see). The operator also explained that Firefox and Chrome DO have problems with the ZoneAlarm website. So, a lot of communications problems for ZoneAlarm to address. At least he said he would pass these problems along.

Unless you have any other issue I will close soon this thread.

There is no way to ever prove to you that it was from us.
Just like ALL the other email in your mail box.

We send out emails on a weekly basis.
We had an email go out with that subject line.

ALL our emails have an unsubscribe links in them.
BUT not having one DOES NOT mean it not from ZA.

Please PM me with your email address and I will make sure to have you unsubscribed from our mailing list since you don't believe the email is from us.
