Bought a version of ZoneAlarm Extreme last Thursday.
Posted a message to the board but did not receive a response.
I really like to get a suggestion why my newly bought software ( installed on a 100% clean machine) hangs after starting any scan.
I use Windwos 7 Ultimate 64b
Memory 64GB, and ssd -drive installed
All driver and patches are up to date.
Support please help this new customer!!
