Question Extreme Security With Data Lock

My Extreme Security with Datalock is due for renewal in about 30 days. But I read that ZA will not be selling Datalock any more. ZA says they will support it still, but should I be concerned that it is not for sale anymore? Is this a sign that they no longer want to use/support it in the future?

Your link below your signature line will not allow me to live chat with them. Any idea why?

The support site work perfectly fine, just checked now.

Did you fill in correctly all the "*" (required) data? You see a red message on what is missing.

Are you using the hosts file to block websites? Then you should remove any entry(ies) related to "liveperson.com" from it.

Do you use "do not track" add-on (at maximum settings)? Then double check liveperson is excluded from been blocked.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

The standalone DataLock product and feature in Extreme was discontinued.

We no longer sell new copies or renewals.

But if you do somehow purchase a renewal there will be no support for it and needs to be refunded within 90 days of the renewal purchase date or there will be no refund or support.

We are only supporting existing copies which most are close to expiring. After that no more support even if you continue to use DataLock.

DataLock will not expire like the ZoneAlarm Firewall and AV.

So you should decrypt your laptops and uninstall DataLock so you don't face an issue later that will not be supported.
