    Default New version (pro) doesn't accept existing license key on Windows 8.1>contact Customer

    Downloaded latest pro version for Windows 8.1, installed as administrator, license key is not accepted. Any ideas?

    Sorry all users here. If you have a valid license please contact directly the ZA technical support at the link in my signature, its free for registered users. Once at the main support site click on the live chat icon.

    Let us know how you managed to solve the problem. It may help other users with similar problems.

    Sorry; ZA never had E-mail support to be contacted directly, they once had a "web form" that you could fill out , but it was very un-popular because exchange of information could take 3 to 7 days, and if Tech Support needed more information, that would take even longer to resolve a problem also some users never saw the reply from Tech support because it was tossed into their Junk mail folder or bounced by their ISP.

    Now: Support only uses LIVE CHAT now because it is a Live Text exchange of information and issues are more likely to be resolved on the Spot,

    (this service is Free to users with a Valid ZA License Key)
