    Default [SOLVED] AV-AS Scan not working > Removed ZA and Fresh Download fixed update issue

    Hi guys, Long-time user of Zonealarm, first time poster. I went to do some manual scanning and nothing happened, I click on Scan and zip, No Quick Scan, No Full Scan, Nothing... beginning to have concerns about the integrity of my system even though the UI states my system is secure. Any thoughts please, TIA. Mark.

    Default Anti Virus Updates

    Hi Guys, I have been having some issues with my Security Suite which is related to not being able to grab virus definition updates, each time it warns me that I should update, I click the link and it starts then jumps straight to 100%, it can take up to 5 days of continuous clicking to actually get it to work, not sure if its a website issue or other, most frustrating.     Hi Guys,
    Just tried it again and got a pop up stating (Antivirus not properly Set).
    I am using the following:
    ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version: 12.0.104.000
    Vsmon version: 12.0.104.000
    Driver version: 12.0.102.000
    Antivirus engine version: 8.3.2.4
    Antivirus signature DAT file version: 1131383104
    AntiSpam version: 6.3.1.4973

    When I click scan, the UI opens up and hangs there on zero with no prgress.
