Default [SOLVED] Your computer at risk, fixed now --> Clean Install

Recently I have formatted my laptop and re installed Zone Alarm (antivirus and firewall).

The problem is that Zone Alarm is switching off the antivirus and anti-spyware function and asking to fix the issue, when press "fix now" it updates the "antivirus & anti-spyware" and the issue being resolved for seconds then returns again.

How I can fix this problem, if any knows kindly post the solution here.

Which exact version of ZA are you trying to install? Free? Retail? etc...
    Exact OS version installed?
Does the image of the OS comes with pre-installed security software?

have you tried a clean ZA install procedure? See here:
