    Default Suspect programs

If I don't block these programs, they ship a lot of data out of my PC to the point I can't browse.

    C:\Windows\System32\
    BackgroundTaskHost.exe
    taskhostex.exe
    taskhost.exe

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
    dllhost.exe
    rundll32.exe

The IP address the communicate with are usually registered with "Non-Specific Agency of the U.S. Government".
