    Default Block Applications Without Prompt

    Hello,

    I apologize if this is a newbie question/has been answered before. I have ZoneAlarm Pro Firewall on a business computer, and we have several applications that we have blocked outside internet communication for. However, even with "Remember this Setting" checked, the box still pops up to accept or deny without fail every time the application is launched. How do I go about keeping these applications blocked without the pop up constantly showing up? I've already accidentally clicked "Accept" multiple times over the past year.

    Thank you!

    Hello;

    Right click the ZA icon near the clock --> About --> Copy to Clipboard --> Paste in a reply here. Mind to remove the license key (if applicable).

    Exact version of OS used? XP SP?, Windows 7 SP?. Windows 8?8.1? Localised version? English version?
    Other security programs installed on the PC? Laptop

    Sorry for my lack of info in the original post. Here is my ZoneAlarm info:

    ZoneAlarm Pro version: 12.0.104.000
    ZoneAlarm license key: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    Vsmon version: 12.0.104.000
    Driver version: 12.0.102.000

    Currently using Windows 8.1; ZoneAlarm English. The only other security program installed would be Windows Firewall on the PC.
