Thank you for the Screen shots and Photo..

did you read the message in the photo?

the Pop up is asking if you want to allow Checkpoint Internet security to make changes on your computer..

1.) If you answer yes, then Zone Alarm will be allowed to function properly on your computer..

2.) If u answer No, then you should Uninstall Zone Alarm and find some other Firewall program..

Yes, I read the message. Yes, I have clicked "Yes" -- dozens and dozens and dozens of times. But perhaps finding another product is the best option at this point.

Thank you for the Additional information..

it is possible hat your ZA Database was Corrupted..

    try this:

This normally means that your ZA databases (where settings are stored) are corrupted and need a reset.

Go to ZA tools --> Preferences --> reset to default (and do not restore any previously saved settings)

Sounds like you have an issue with UAC. Does not seem a ZA problem. Did you modified any default UAC settings in the system? You should never seen this message if you have installed ZA from an adminitrator accounts.

By the way, if you work on "secure desktop" (i.e. only system components are allowed to run) then anything outside the system (e.g. ZA GUI) will generate this UAC pop-up.

I don't think you can use ZA this way. If you want to keep this set-up you need to find an alternative software that can work only at system level.

    Sorry,
