When you originally Purchased Zone Alarm on Zonealarm.com, if you read all the add-on option, one of them included a Renewal option that is checked by default, this is standard practice for most subscription Software purchased ONLINE..
NOTE: to change this, you have two options:
1.) Click on the ZA Support link in my Signature..
click on the "Contact Us" Icon at Top Left
on Box that come up fill in required information..
The First option SELECT: choose "Non-Technical" for Customer Support.
This will open a "Live Text Chat" with Customer Support..
tell then you want a Refund if the Renewal is less than 30 days..
and they should Cancel your Registration and Account as you no longer use Zone Alarm..
Then Remove the Paid version of Zone Alarm from your Computer..
The Second option:
2.) go to www.zonealarm.com enter:
at the top right side click on "My Account"
then enter the Email address and Password that you used when Purchasing Zone Alarm..
click on manage Subscription, then Turn OFF Auto Renewal..
