Default ZA Extreme 13.3: Problem during installation

I had ZA Extreme Security installed on my computer under Windows XP SP3 without problems.
When Version was available, I tried to install it.
By the end of an installation I got always an error message (fatal, without specification of the motive).
I used the software Clean.exe each time after obtaining this message.
That did not solve the problem: every time I try a new installation I get the same message.

as a licensed user of ZA you can contact, free of charge, the ZA technical support at the link in my signature (we are all users here). Once at the main support site look for the icon "contact us". If you contact them on opening hours they will help you on the spot. Otherwise you will need to fill in a web form.

Remember to explain exactly which kind of error you see and the exact message you receive. As you seem not detailing at all what is the error you receive and if it is from ZA or XP.
