Question How come ZA Antivirus has blocked 3000 intrusion attempts in less than 24hrs?

How come ZA Antivirus has blocked 3000 intrusion attempts in less than 24hrs?

Does that mean i was being under surveillance or something?

According to the log viewer most are outgoing, meaning my computer is trying to reach servers and send my info?

    This is scary.

    Hi!

First ensure you are on the latest version of ZA 13.1:
    Looking for the latest version?

Then follow all the steps as suggested here up to get your logs analysed by expert volunteers at bleepingcomputer.com or spywarehammer.com:
    Malware Clean-up Guidance<= click here

Next tune up ZA as suggested here:

Of course, depending on the version of ZA used you may or may not able to follow all the steps above described.

Hard to say, Have you changed any of the Default settings in Zone Alarm?

do you have any other Security programs installed?

The More information you post more likely other users here will be able to help and suggest potential remedial actions.

It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country, or around the World,
without All the Details about your computer it's Software and what type and Version of Zone Alarm that you failed to provide, without our ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

Right click the ZA icon near the clock --> About --> Copy to Clipboard --> Paste in a reply here. Mind to remove the license key (if applicable).

Exact version of OS used? XP SP3? Windows 7 SP? Windows 8? 8.1?

Sorry, here you have the requested info.

Windows 7 64 bits home premium SP1, its a toshiba satellite laptop.

Now I installed MBAM, after you suggested it, and im running a scan, its the only other security software i have installed besides adblock plus on both chrome and FF.

ZoneAlarm Free Antivirus + Firewall version: 13.1.211.000
    Vsmon version: 13.1.211.0
    Driver version: 13.1.123.0
    Antivirus engine version: 8.3.4.4
Antivirus signature DAT file version: 1152723616

Edit: MBAM just finished scanning and it found nothing.

There is another laptop in my network that might be severely infected, could that be the case?

OK, Thank you for the additional information..

it looks like maybe all the 1300 popups are just Normal communication between your two computers on your local network, since MBAM scan did not find anything to worry about..

    However, if your still worried,

Should i be worried about this? The other laptop on my network is severely infected but its currently turned off, so whats going on? Am I under attack or something? This is really unsettling for me.
