These are normal DNS requests, if you don't have your router set at trusted in ZA or moved the trusted zone to MAX instead of the default medium then you may see what you see.

Moving this post to the free section as no information is provided on the exact ZA version used.

When you post always remember to post full details of the ZA installed (ZA icon near the clock -->about--> copy to clipboard -- Paste in a post) as well as your firewall configuration and the OS used.

    Thanks,

sorry about lack of infos, it'S my first post and didn't read. So here they:

    Version ZoneAlarm Firewall Gratuit: 13.1.211.000
    Version Vsmon: 13.1.211.0
    Version du pilote: 13.1.123.0
    -------------------------------
    Windows 7

my firewall settings i don't really know, i didn't change anything.

If those are normal, could you tell me more about that ?
and do you know why i received only 4 requests today morning and it stopped for 3 hours now .But tomorow evening the longest time between 2 request was half an hour.

    thanks

Lightbulb Re: Help with multiple requests from my comp. to router port 53

I did it. Because there is only my network i understood that you want me to mark it as "safe". So that should work better, cause i read that those are NAT requests.

    thanks for that

Btw, would you know how i can make sure that there is no hidden remote desktop software installed on my computer ?

    thanks

Your antivirus should be able to help you in that task. Otherwise with ZA+AV you turn on the detection of riskware in the advance settings of the antivirus section and full scan the PC.
