    Default ZAISS upgrade - issue with resume and detect previous version

    Hi

    I downloaded the new version (zaSuiteSetupWeb_132_015_000.exe) from the website <<http://sc1.checkpoint.com/sc1/za/release-history/zass.html>>
    but when I install there is no upgrade option, but only uninstall the previous version 13.1.211.000 (clean install)

    any helps because I want save my current settings.
    (In previous versions there were no problems)

    Probably a problem in the new installer. As it is a minor product upgrade you can easily skip it and stay with 13.1. Otherwise you need to save your settings in your current version and import them back after you have installed the new.

    Hello,

    According to development this is by design for Extreme and Suite when performing an upgrade to version 13.2.015.000 or GREATER.

    This is being done to prevent a possible issue that might occur with anti-keylogger.

    So this is by design and Do Not contact support about the issue there will be nothing they can do to help you.

    I'm closing this thread since this is by design and there nothing more to discuss on this issue.
