    Default Websites running slow or won't load

    I'm using Zone Alarm Free Firewall and Web Identity protections. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium and am using Google Chrome browser.

    Websites (e.g. netflix.com) will not load or will take a very long time to load.

    Any tips?

    Thank you!

    Hello;

    The More information you post more likely other users here will be able to help and suggest potential remedial actions

    Right click the ZA icon near the clock --> About --> Copy to Clipboard --> Paste in a reply here. Mind to remove the license key (if applicable).

    Other security Programs (Firewall, Antivirus, running on the desktop PC? Laptop? Netbook?

    Since when have you are experiencing the problem? Did ZA ever worked correctly?

    Thanks;

    ZoneAlarm Free Firewall version: 11.0.000.038
    Vsmon version: 11.0.000.038
    Driver version: 11.0.000.026
    Web Identity Protections version: 1.5.393.22

    It's a Lenovo Windows 7 desktop PC also running Avast antivirus. I checked to ensure that firewall is turned off with Avast AND Windows Defender.

    ZoneAlarm has run fine on other computers I've had, but this is the first time I've had a problem with ZA when I bought this computer last year. I reduced the Trusted Zone security to Medium and it seemed to help initially.

    part of the problem is that you installed a very old copy of ZA free v11.
    you also may have a conflict with other security software.

    If you have not done yet do a full removal and clean install, this way, follow all of the instructions below..

    I suggest trying the New ZA Free Firewall + Antivirus v13.3

    1. Download the latest ZA 13.3.xxx (2015) version http://server.iad.liveperson.net/hc/...10&action=view <== click here

    2. Remove your current ZA version (in XP use Windows add/remove programs/Windows 7/8 Uninstall a program)

    3. Remove other security tools installed. Use http://www.appremover.com/ to double check no left overs are present.

    4. Clean your system and registry with the Free Ccleaner.exe
    free ccleaner <= click here

    5. Download to your desktop and run the ZA removal tool, <= click here
    now reboot computer after running ZA Removal tool.

    6. Now Install the latest ZA version without touching any default settings,
    and Do Not Restore Saved Settings from the old install.

    NOTE: Let us know how you have managed to resolve the issue. It will help other users with the same problem.
