    Default product update error

    I'm using ZoneAlarm on two computers, and recently on one of them I keep getting the message which is on the subject line (anti-virus does not get updated). I may note that up to now the computer in question worked without problems. What should I do?

    Exact version of ZA used? Right click the ZA icon near the clock, about, copy to clipboard, paste it in a reply. Remove the license key if applicable.

    Please note that "product" update error may be normal and not to be confused with antivirus updates.
