    Default [SOLVED] Anti-virus turning off --> Update License Info

    I had exactly the same problem as set out in this thread: https://www.zonealarm.com/forums/sho...us-turning-off I followed the instructions to the letter, but have ended up with a 30 day trial when I had several months left. How can I correct this please?

    FULL Version information please.

    Copy from within ZA right click Z icon and select ABOUT.

    Remove your license information before posting please.

    You should add your license key information in ZA tools menu and then click on "enter license".

    If you have then still problems, best to contact ZA customer support (to check your license) or ZA technical support (to check your ZA installation) at the link in my signature. Once at the main ZA support page, look for the link "contact us". Mind to check for the opening time to helped on the spot.
