    Default Product update:Error?

    I´ve just installed the latest Security Suite version:

    ZoneAlarm Security Suite version: 13.2.015.000
    Vsmon version: 13.2.15.0
    Driver version: 13.1.123.0
    Antivirus engine version: 8.3.4.4
    Antivirus signature DAT file version: 1156747584
    Anti-Spam version: 6.4.3.2077


    Everytime it´s update, the antiviruse/anti-spyware is ok, but then it says: Product update:error all the time. What is wrong,and how can one correct this?

    Hi;

    it sounds like something got corrupted?

    Try this..

    Bring up Zone Alarm, Click TOOLS upper right side.
    Click on Preferences
    Click on "Reset to Default"
    in the Popup (Reset Confirmation) check mark "I also want to revert my AV signatures back to Default...
    Click Ok

    now reboot computer..
    After Zone Alarm is up and running try to update AV, it may take a few minutes to complete the first update of AV..


    NOTE: Please Post back here with your Progress Report so that Users of this Forum with a similar problem may benefit from the solution to your problem..

    I followed these instructions and restarted the computer, but the update error remains.

    The response I got from another forum moderator that was also getting this error (in my post: https://www.zonealarm.com/forums/sho...-clean-install) was that it may be normal.
