    Downgrading to ZA131.211.00 will destroy the evidence needed to properly diagnose your issue..

    Sorry, I should have explained what I meant. I meant for the first quotes and not the second one. You were asking for the ZAESv13.3.211.000 LOGS files, How do I find it and save it for you? I know how to do uninstall/reinstall stuff......

    Sorry I thought I made myself clears in the Section of my Post that you Quoted before..

    Were ALL users here in this Forum, No Tech Support and not Customer Service Staff..

    The People that need your Logs from the ZAES v13.3.052 install issue on your WinXP Pro computer are the Technicians that need your logs

    I'm sorry to hear that you chose to Downgrade, instead of Contacting the Official Support while you had ZA Extreme Security v13.3.052.000 installed.

    Tech Support needs the LOG files created with ZAES v13.3.052 installed in order to diagnose what the issue of compatibility would be with your computer configuration..

    The instruction for a clean install for Diagnostic purposes are below

    1. Download the latest ZA 13.3.052.000 (2015) version http://server.iad.liveperson.net/hc/...10&action=view

    2. Remove your current ZA version (in XP use Windows add/remove programs/Windows 7/8 Uninstall a program)

    3. Remove other security tools installed. Use http://www.appremover.com/ to double check no left overs are present.

    4. Clean your system and registry with the Free Ccleaner.exe
    free ccleaner <= click here

    5. Download to your desktop and run the ZA removal tool, http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...load/clean.exe <= click here
    now reboot computer after running ZA Removal tool.

    6. Now Install the latest ZA version Without Touching any Default settings,
    and Do Not Restore Saved Settings from the old install.



    Let us know how you have managed to resolve the issue. It will help other users with the same problem.
    01.) Close the browser.
    02.) Open ZA.
    03.) Click on Antivirus & Firewall.
    04.) Click on Settings in the Antivirus section.
    05.) Click the Advanced Settings button.
    06.) Click Premium Protections on the left.
    07.) Un-check the box to Enable Web Monitoring.
    08.) Click OK.
    09.) Close ZA.
    10.) Open your browser, go to the affected website and see if the issue still exists.
    Hey guys, I was able to get this problem solved. All I did was re-do everything in the first quote above and got a hold of tech support. He told me to do the following in the second quote above. That's all I did and it's all good now. You may lock this post if you wish. Thank you.
