    Default email filter not working Outlook 2013

    I have just installed Outlook 2013 on my PC and ZoneAlarm Junk filter is no longer available. Can anyone tell me how to re-activate?

    Right click the ZA icon near the clock, about, copy to clipboard, paste the text here. ** Remove ZoneAlarm license key details, if applicable **.

    2. Remove your current ZA version (in XP use Windows add/remove programs/Windows 7/8 Uninstall a program)

    3. Clean your system and registry with the Free Ccleaner.exe
    free ccleaner <= click here

    4. Download to your desktop and run the ZA removal tool, http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...load/clean.exe <= click here
    now reboot computer after running ZA Removal tool.

    5. Now Install the latest ZA version Without Touching any Default settings,
    and Do Not Restore Saved Settings from the old install. Let us know how you have managed to resolve the issue. It will help other users with the same problem.

    Weird, you should be able to copy/paste. Are you using Internet Explorer 11? Then you need to add the forum address in the compatibility view settings.

    Please note that the ZA version you have installed does not support Outlook 2013.
    Please ensure Outlook is fully shutdown when you will perform the points below listed.

    1. Download the latest Extreme version from here:
    Looking for the latest version?
    ** Mind to choose the right installer (i.e. Extreme) **

    2. Remove your current version of ZA Extreme from your OS "Uninstall a program" (WIN7 or WIN8), or "add/remove programs" (XP)

    3. Reboot the PC

    4. Install ZA Extreme you have downloaded in point 1.
