I am sorry if you feel frustrated, however having your system checked by malware experts (bleepingcomputer/spywarehammer) is the only step that will ensure you are really clean and will also ensure that malware is not one of the possible causes of the ZA mulfunction.
There is no problem if you do not want to follow the suggestions given however I am afraid that our user-to-user help will need to stop here as we cannot help you troubleshooting a problem if you do not follow all troubleshooting steps.
There is no need to waste time on ZAfree if it does not work on your system as it should. Just move on to another free solution that works correctly. Just google "free antivirus" to find altenatives.
